1. For poker clubs, the answer is almost obvious:

a. Club tournaments fall into the Federation’s tournament grid, their regulations are published on the Federation’s website and in the media that are media sponsors of the Federation.

b. The Federation helps to invite potential tournament participants by sending out mailings to its player base and publishing announcements.

c. The Federation gives the club the right to maintain a rating for its players according to a unified Russian classifier.

d. The Federation can provide practical assistance - from training staff to holding the tournament on its own, providing everything necessary - from tables and chips to dealers and advertising booklets.

2.   For players:

a. The Federation will maintain a tournament rating only for players who have joined the Federation and publish this rating on the Federation website.

b. The Russian ranking will be sponsored by the organizers of major international tournaments so that the best players can get paid trips.
